SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Grab a few friends and come down to Club Vital Fitness for a fabulous Small Group Personal Training workout! You will have your own Certified Personal Trainer making sure you are in correct form every step of the way. Tabata-timed functional exercises leave you stronger, rejuvenated, and ready to start the day. Research suggests that regular strengthening and conditioning exercising helps sleep too!
